Terms of Use

1. Fundagine and these Terms

Fundagine is a funding-intelligence and decision-support service operated by Vine Media Group LLC, an Arizona limited liability company. Fundagine helps people and organizations discover funding and assistance opportunities, organize evidence, evaluate published requirements, track deadlines, prepare materials, and manage funding pursuits.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be legally able to enter into these Terms. If you are under the age of majority where you live, Fundagine must be used through an account managed or authorized by a parent, guardian, school, organization, or other responsible adult with authority to accept these Terms. You must provide accurate account information, protect your credentials, and promptly report suspected unauthorized access.

3. Organization workspaces and team access

Organization owners and administrators control invitations and roles for their workspace. You may access or upload information only when you are authorized to do so. Workspace owners are responsible for deciding who should have access to Funding DNA, documents, applications, conversations, tasks, and other private workspace information.

4. Decision support — not a funding guarantee

Fundagine does not guarantee eligibility, selection, approval, financing, benefits, contracts, payment, or any other funding outcome. Fit scores, pursuit scores, recommendations, rankings, readiness indicators, and AI-assisted analysis are decision-support signals and are not award probabilities. Official program rules and the funder's final decision control.

5. Your responsibility and human review

You are responsible for confirming material requirements with the official funding source, reviewing deadlines and eligibility, supplying accurate information, deciding whether to pursue an opportunity, and approving final certifications and submissions. AI-assisted drafts and analyses may be incomplete or incorrect and must be reviewed before use.

6. Funding information and source changes

Programs may open, change, pause, close, or be corrected without notice. Fundagine uses source, freshness, and trust signals to help organize available information, but it cannot guarantee that a third-party source will remain current or available. You should verify important requirements on the official source before acting.

7. Your content and uploaded documents

You retain your rights in information and documents you provide. You grant Vine Media Group LLC and its service providers a limited right to host, process, analyze, transmit, and display that content only as reasonably necessary to provide, secure, support, and improve the Fundagine service you use. You represent that you have the rights and authority needed to provide the content.

8. AI-assisted features

Some Fundagine features use automated or AI-assisted processing. AI output may contain errors or omissions. Fundagine is designed to keep final funding decisions under human control, to identify unknown information where practical, and not to present automated output as a guaranteed fact or result.

9. Trials, plans, subscriptions, and renewal

Fundagine currently offers Starter, Growth, and Pro plans with monthly and annual billing options. Current prices and included features are shown on the pricing page and again at checkout. Eligible new organizations may receive one 7-day trial. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, the payment method provided at checkout will be charged for the plan and billing interval you selected, and the subscription will automatically renew on that interval until canceled.

You may manage or cancel a subscription through the billing portal. Unless the checkout or applicable law states otherwise, cancellation takes effect at the end of the current trial or paid billing period and access continues through that date. Fees already charged are generally non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated otherwise. Taxes may be added where required. If pricing changes for a future renewal, Fundagine will provide notice when required by applicable law.

10. Payment processing

Payment processing is provided by Stripe or another disclosed payment provider. Full card details are entered into the payment provider's checkout environment and are not intended to be stored in Fundagine's application database. Fundagine stores subscription identifiers, plan, status, trial dates, billing-period information, and similar records needed to administer access.

11. Acceptable use

You may not use Fundagine to commit fraud; impersonate another person or organization; knowingly submit false information; violate a funder's rules or applicable law; bypass access controls or plan limits; interfere with service operation; distribute malware; scrape or extract private customer data; unlawfully access another account; reverse engineer protected service components except where applicable law expressly permits it; or use the service to harm others.

12. Third-party services and links

Fundagine may link to government agencies, foundations, payment providers, identity providers, and other third-party services. Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy practices. Fundagine is not responsible for third-party websites, decisions, availability, or content.

13. Fundagine intellectual property

Fundagine's software, branding, interface, original workflows, proprietary methods, and platform materials are owned by Vine Media Group LLC or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These Terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use Fundagine during your authorized access; they do not transfer ownership of Fundagine technology.

14. Availability, changes, suspension, and termination

Fundagine may update features, sources, plan entitlements, or workflows as the product evolves. We may restrict or suspend access when reasonably necessary for security, legal compliance, payment issues, misuse, protection of users, or service integrity. You may stop using Fundagine at any time, subject to subscription cancellation terms.

15. Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fundagine is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of guaranteed funding results, uninterrupted operation, or error-free third-party data. Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or rights that cannot legally be excluded.

16. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vine Media Group LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost funding opportunities, or lost data arising from use of Fundagine. To the extent a limitation is permitted, aggregate liability for claims relating to the service will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid to Fundagine during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim or $100. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so portions of this section may not apply to you.

17. Governing law and venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where applicable consumer law requires otherwise. Unless applicable law provides another forum, disputes relating to these Terms or Fundagine may be brought in the state or federal courts serving Maricopa County, Arizona.

18. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as Fundagine changes. When a material update requires renewed acceptance, Fundagine may ask you to review and accept the new version before continuing. The effective date and version shown above identify the current public Terms.
